WILLIAM STERNDALE BENNETT CELEBRATION
In celebration of the Academy’s Bicentenary, the Museum presents a day focusing on 19th-century composer, pianist, conductor and pedagogue William Sterndale Bennett. The programme includes talks and lectures on Bennett’s relationship with the Academy, his music and his legacy, and culminates in a performance of his works at 5.30pm.
